We are right smack in the middle of dozens of world class rivers, including the Ocoee (same river as the Toccoa, it just changes names at the Tennessee State Line, as it flows northwest. We own a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage, so come wade, swim, float, paddle, or just sit there.

Appalachian Trail Riding provides a safe and fun ranch just a few miles away.

Hook up our preferred shuttle service, Stat Rides of Blue Ridge, and kick back, enjoying a look at the mountains for a safe and enjoyable afternoon or evening.
