Welcome to Toccoa House Properties, the premier vacation rental destination in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Our Property spans over twelve acres of pristine mountain land, and features over one thousand feet of Toccoa River frontage.
We offer four distinct and private rental cabins. The cabins are all walking distance from each other and can be booked together, making Toccoa House Properties an ideal destination for large groups. Combined, our cabins sleep 40 (13 bedrooms, 11 full baths, 2 half baths). For availability, please click on a cabin.

The Toccoa House Grounds are located deep in the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia. We own over 12 acres of secluded mountain paradise, with breathtaking mountain views and direct access to over 1000 feet of Toccoa River frontage.
As a guest, you'll have full access to our private walking trails, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and river access. Enjoy tubing, canoeing, or kayaking with our recreational rentals. Check out the grounds section for more information.
