The Toccoa House Properties are located deep in the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia. We own over 12 acres of secluded mountain paradise, with walking trails, incredible views, old logging roads, and direct access to the Toccoa River.

Our guests are welcome to all that the grounds have to offer. Have an old time cookout with friends and family on our manicured meadow along the River. Make a day of it and play horseshoes in the horseshoe pit, relax on the lawn chairs and tables, wade or swim in the clear water, and fish for prize trout. If you're an outdoors person, camping along the river may also be arranged.

Swimming Pool

Our property includes a gorgeous in-ground salt water swimming pool with a rock waterfall. The pool is solar heated and is very warm from May 1st to October 31st.

Come lounge in the many poolside chairs, enjoy a snack or beverage at the gazebo table, or just soak in the sun as you enjoy the beautiful mountain views. A bathroom and shower are also inside the pool fence. The pool is for the exclusive use of Toccoa House Properties guests.

A seven person hot tub is also available near the pool. This top of the line Sundance spa has 42 jets that completely surround the user with relaxation.

Nine Goal Disc Golf Course

For all of you disc golf aficionados, we present the ultimate mountain course! Begin goal 1 near the riverside entrance fence and continue downstream along the river for the first 5 goals. Goal 6 is mid-way up the Creekside Trail, and 7 is at Riverview Circle near the Play set. Goal 8 is on Riverview Circle in front of The Toccoa House. Goal 9 is just in front of the swimming pool (now you can cool off after a fun and aerobic disc golf experience!). Check out the Disc Golf Course Map.

River Trip Options

Since we are located right on the Toccoa River and surrounded by many other rivers, numerous options for boating/tubing exist. Most guests prefer a simple trip on the Toccoa from the dam to our property or from our property to various take-out points downstream. Trips can vary from two to six hours. Our section of the river is dam controlled, so the volume of water varies dramatically depending on whether a release is occurring or not. As mentioned, numerous other river options exist, so let us know how we can tailor a river trip to your needs.
